How to lead in your city — evangelism, cross-cultural sensitivity, and digital presence.

Scheduling, budgeting basics, communication rhythms, and volunteer coordination that lasts.
Capstone Project
Design and lead a small initiative during your Eugene intensive — a group, an outreach, or a training.

Your three-month intensive at New Hope gives you real responsibility — supervised, coached, and celebrated.
- Sit in on staff planning meetings and observe rhythms up close.
- Co-lead a small group or ministry team with a mentor's support.
- Take responsibility for one Sunday element — greeting, tech, or a testimony.
- Meet weekly with your mentor for feedback, prayer, and honest reflection.
